SWAP App

Swap is an iOS mobile app that allows end users the swapping of digital business cards, custom their information easily and whenever they want.

This app design key was implementing sessions of design thinking , going step by step on the process and make an idea evolve, innovate and become into a project that inspires and make people have fun, enjoy it and learn from it.

A responsive website necessary to provide this organization be transparent, save and display all the information of all their work among more than 10 years of existence and being able to do it whenever they wanted was the challenge to accomplish.It was also important to them to have a site in where they can be able of communicate with their members and update week by week the information easy and visible to all their audience in order to reach their main objective of promote the participation of the architecture in the urban transformation, looking for equitable and sustainable conditions that favor the employment and the coexistence of the communities. Open House Monterrey

A young organization part of worldwide web of non-profitable projects, in where year by year people of Monterrey is invited to  foster a better understanding of architecture and the built environment outside of the profession, giving citizens and local communities the opportunity to directly engage and explore the contemporary architecture and public spaces within their city.

CEMEX US customer delivery

“CEMEX US Ready Mix Customer Information” 

An iOS mobile app that allows customers of CEMEX in USA to review their Ready Mix order status online, as well as previous and future date’s orders. Information includes detail of orders and GPS location of current trucks attached to the orders.

This App creation was a team effort creation in where multidisciplinary teams, from sales to technical teams, were involved to work and deliver an app that change the mindset of interact with end customers, provide clear and online information by designing a User Experience (UX) that delivers a sense of transparency and efficiency for CEMEX clients that require to use this app daily as a way to interact for logistics and commercial processes .

A dual solution for CEMEX employees and major directors : Request absences and approve them.

An analysis of both audience process, needs and business requirements combined with a teamwork provide as a result a mobile app that let end users save time to realize an almost daily process and clear information in an app to be used for different units of the company.

My CEMEX and s360 

My CEMEX and s360 were 2 multiplatform projects for CEMEX customers and their sales force worldwide, seeking one common task: provide clear information online and whatever they need them.

Both solutions allowed the customers access to all their information. Also, they were able to make and review of orders’ status, check account balance online, documents, and more options for manage their information.

The Design, interaction and architecture was a partnership work with DMI and Neoris’ teams.

The Challenges

Company conversion to add User Experience, and methodologies into their product development.

Work as one team, when different companies, areas, roles and interest were combine.

Understand worldwide and local customer needs, commercial processes and provide 1 solution to fit to those needs.

Understand the way that the company interact with their customers and commercial areas.

Empowerment of a commercial area trough technology.

The result

A worldwide multiplatform and mobile app available launched in 12 countries, more than 150 screens designed, more than 50,000 users and the creation of a new area focused on web and mobile projects.
